I found an article but it's not full-text. I do not see it in AUC's Library Catalog. Can I get it online?
E-Journal Finder

(Example: A search for Journal of International Affairs reveals that
both ABI/Inform Global and Academic Search Premier have the journal,
full-text).
The library does not have the articles I need.
AUC Library Document Delivery Service
Fill
out the "Journal Articles Request Form" to order documents not
available at AUC. Note: Normal turnaround time for requests can range
from 2 days to 2 weeks.
