Project Muse Journal Content Indexed in Google

FYI: Google or Google Scholar (scholar.google.com) now searches the full-text content from the scholarly journals that Project Muse currently hosts.

Note, if you are off-campus, you will have to enter through the library's electronic resources, since the links from Google are not set-up with our proxy server!

What is IEEE Computer Society Digital Library?

IEEE stands for Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers! Hildy discovered at the Reference Desk that this database was perfect for a question on "electric power" and reliability. I've now added the institute's full title to the Details "i" box.

Emerald Full Text

Emerald Full Text is not quite full text! In order to search full text articles only, you need to select the radio button "Search only my subscribed journals" on the Quick Search screen. (I have asked Emerald if we can change this to the default screen.)

On the Electronic Resources page, I changed the Full Text column to say "Some" and made a note in the Details "i" box.
